• Secure or remove valuable or fragile items before our cleaners arrive
• Ensure pets are secured or removed from areas being cleaned

Service Terms

Booking and Scheduling

When booking our cleaning services, you agree that:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• We may need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance

Service Scope

Our cleaning services are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional services may be available for an extra charge, subject to agreement by our cleaners on site and additional payment.

Unless explicitly stated, our standard cleaning services do NOT include:

• Moving heavy furniture or appliances
• Cleaning areas that require special equipment or pose safety risks
• Cleaning excessive messes that were not disclosed at the time of booking
• Handling hazardous materials or biological waste
• Cleaning antiques or other items requiring specialized care

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change, but to maintain our schedule and respect our cleaners' time:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows or cancellations after our cleaners have arrived may be charged the full service cost

Payments and Pricing

Pricing

The prices for our services are as quoted on our website or as otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• For one-time services, payment is due upon completion of the service
• For recurring services, payment is due according to the agreed schedule
• We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or during the booking process
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Taxes

Limitation of Liability

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party

Service Liability

While we take great care in providing our cleaning services, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing damage not caused by our cleaning staff
• Damage due to faulty or aged materials
• Items that require specialist cleaning not agreed upon in advance
• Damage resulting from your failure to provide accurate information about the property or items to be cleaned

Notification of Claims

Any claims for damages allegedly caused by our cleaning staff must be reported to us within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We reserve the right to inspect any reported damage before accepting liability.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software) are owned by CleanPoland, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Polish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You agree to treat our cleaning staff with respect and dignity. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward our employees. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund if such behavior occurs.

We welcome honest feedback about our services. If you choose to leave a review or provide feedback, you agree that:

• Your review will be truthful and based on your actual experience with our services
• You will not make false or misleading statements
• You will not use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language

Term and Termination

Termination

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Polish Court of Arbitration, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

Before commencing arbitration, we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation. Any dispute must be raised within one year of the event giving rise to the dispute.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanPoland regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and CleanPoland.

Waiver and Severability

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or civil unrest.
